Sony looking for new security measures: Blu-ray Serial Keys.

Sony suddenly seems to be loosing the war against the hombrew developers, specially since the kirk keys of the ps3 and psp, which can be used to sign any application so that it runs on all the devices even in the  official firmwares, but Sony isn’t giving up that easy and come we all knew it won’t. Sony is thinking about the security measures used by the PC games – the Serial Keys.

Total Noob has released 6.20 TN-C and it is signed too.

6.20 TN might be the fastest updating firmware in the history of PSP Scene and if not then its obviously one of them. 6.20 TN, the first hen by Total Noob was released on the 24th 25th of December 2010 depending on your geographical location and in less then a month Total Noob has given us the third update to one of his best works till date and the best part is he even signed it, so now you don’t need the Patapon demo you don’t need to enable hbl just copy the downloaded file to your PSP and run it directly from the XMB.

Sony released Official Firmware (OFW) 6.37

PSCrypter: Sign homebrews directly from your PSP.

Yeah Yeah I know we have already posted about this PSP signing tool in the PRXEncrypter post but come on a hombrew, that is signed to run on any psp , can sign other homebrews to run on any psp. This app deserves a post just as much as the prxencrypter does instead I was able to sign the HombrewSorter with this one in one try whereas PRXEncrypter failed in doing soo, Donno why…

Wololo has made a user friendlier version of the prxencryptor coz comeon the previous one was too hard for the noobs to digest, which actually are more then 90% of the psp users. So download this pack and go nuts signing your favorite homebrews but remember to keep it simple don’t go directly for advanced homebrews or even custom firmwares start slow.

5.03 Kernel Exploit Hen has been signed.

Davee’s chickhen R2 has been signed and can be run directly from the XMB. If you have previously installed any custom firmware like Gen a/b/c or Prometheus then it will install that firmware.

People with higher firmware try out 6.20 TN-C by Total Noob or 6.35 Pro Hen released by Liquidzigong.

Liquidzigong releases 6.35 pro

Yesterday in our post we reported about liquidzigong claiming on his twitter account that he not only signed the 5.03 exploit but also the6.35 Hen and just few hours ago he has released the 6.35 Pro. As this has been signed you won’t need to load the HBL using the Minna no Sukkiri demo exploit instead you can just run this baby from your XMB.
